I believe horse riding is a very special and unique sport because of the contact with animals, which is truly therapeutic. When I get on a horse all my worries disappear and I’m fully relaxed. Horses are very clever but unpredictable animals, so working with them might be frustrating sometimes and that’s why it teaches patience and determination. It’s also very rewarding and often gets me very emotional.
